MSIR – FL4000H

The Model FL4000H is an advanced multi-spectrum infrared (MSIR) flame detector designed to provide superior false alarm immunity with the widest field of view. The FL4000H employs a multi-spectral optical IR sensing array with a sophisticated Neural Network Technology (NNT) system to reliably discriminate between actual flames and the vast majority of false alarm sources (such as arc welding). The FL4000H is designed to detect typical fires such as alcohol, n-heptane, gasoline, jet fuels and hydrocarbons. In addition, the FL4000H can see through dense smoke produced by diesel, rubber, plastics and lube oil fires.

IR – FL3112

The Model FL3112 is a Digital Frequency Infrared (DFIR) flame detector designed to detect unwanted fires, and provide alarm outputs directly from the detector while maintaining high false alarm immunity in onshore / offshore applications. Functionality is similar to the FL3102, this product has European approvals only and must be ordered with the exact required options from the menu offered.

UVIR – FL3100H

The Model FL3100H is an Ultraviolet/Infrared (UV/IR) flame detector designed to detect unwanted fires and provide alarm outputs directly from the detector while maintaining false alarm immunity. The FL3110′s electronics are integral within its stainless steel explosion-proof housing, allowing detector information to be processed at the point of detection. With functionality similar to the FL3100, this product has European approvals only and must be ordered with the exact required options from the menu offered.

UV – FL3101H

The Model FL3101H is an Ultraviolet-only flame detector designed to detect fires and provide alarm outputs directly from the detector while maintaining false alarm immunity. It detects in the ultraviolet (UV) spectral range for optimized speed of response. Configurations with dual Modbus and HART are available. Modbus and HART data can be used for predictive maintenance. The flame detector’s electronics are integral within its explosion-proof housing, allowing detector information to be processed at the point of detection.

UVIR – FL3100H – Hydrogen

The Model FL3100H-Hydrogen is an Ultraviolet / Infrared flame detector designed specifically to detect hydrogen (H2) fires and provide alarm outputs directly from the detector while maintaining false alarm immunity. It detects H2 fires by monitoring in both the ultraviolet (UV) and infrared (IR) spectral ranges, making it highly immune to false alarms. Configurations with dual Modbus and HART are available. Modbus and HART data can be used for predictive maintenance.

TL 105 – Test Lamp

The Model TL105 is battery operated test lamp designed specifically to test General Monitors’ Flame Detectors. The TL105 is an explosion-proof test lamp that can be used with our FL4000H MSIR flame detector as well as any of our FL3100 Series Flame Detectors. The TL105 operates up to 35 feet from the flame detector.
